Chinese Open since May 2011, Grand Canton Restaurant is situated in Port Louis and is one of the most popular Chinese restaurant in Mauritius. It offers Cantonese cuisine and its Dim Sum are fabulous. Dim Sum is a Chinese dish (mainly Cantonese) of small steamed or fried savoury dumplings containing various fillings. 

They have both an ‘A la Carte’ menu and Set Menu services. The menu includes unique entrées, like an unusual jellyfish salad. A must try is also the fish maw soup, considered a delicacy in Chinese cuisine. Some of the popular main dishes include Whole Salted Chicken, Pekinese-style King Prawns, Steamed Fish, and Sweet and Sour Pork. Clay pots and sizzling dishes, are also among favourites, how about an aubergine and salt fish claypot or the sizzling Cantonese style bean curd, right off the grill! The restaurant also offers a range of vegetarian delicacies.
