Asian Chinese Chopsticks is one of the restaurants of the Long Beach Golf Resort & Spa located on the east coast of Mauritius. It is a modern Chinese restaurant known for serving Sichuan, Cantonese and Hunan cuisines.

Whilst providing Asian cuisine, it also has Eastern and Western influences but the two Chefs of the restaurant altogether with their team rework traditional dishes without distorting their original appearance, odour or flavor.

All of the ingredients used are fresh and full of flavour. It is one of the nicest spot at the hotel with a large terrace giving a magnificent view of the pool. It also has an open kitchen enabling guests to enjoy Chinese Chef Master Es Nouilles Lamian culinary talents.The service is excellent with the Chef and waiters being professional, friendly and attentive. 

• Lunch is served from 12:30 pm to 3 pm
• Dinner is served from 7 pm to 10 pm.
